Contact details (name, WhatsApp number, email), nationality, visa information, travel dates and, once you book, passport details and photos needed for visa applications. Website analytics data (pages visited, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, subject to your cookie choices.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, arrange visas and transport, comply with legal requirements, and improve our website. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Immigration authorities and embassies as required for your application, our transport partners (name and pick-up details only), and service providers that host our website, forms and messaging.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data: up to 12 months. Passport data for bookings: deleted within 90 days after the trip unless you ask us to keep it for future bookings. Accounting records as required by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing thevietnamvisaexpert@gmail.com.
